Get help with a claim

We’ve put measures into place to make sure that we continue to support new claims and offer extra help for customers currently receiving income protection benefits. A claim resulting from you contracting COVID-19 will be assessed in the same way as other illnesses. If you have any questions or need to make a claim, please contact us – we’re here to help.

Use the flexibility of your policy

It’s during times of uncertainty, that most people value their insurance cover even more, so if you are experiencing financial stress, we have several options that may help you out – most of which ensure you still maintain some cover. Some examples may include lowering your cover amount, changing waiting or benefit periods, or activating a Premium holiday (where applicable).
